Our Story
Charles Grammick, the founder of Smart Tech Realty, served during the Vietnam War as a pilot in the USAF and Air National guard flying C-130 training missions for the Army Airborne. He subsequently joined IBM as a system engineer. He has won national awards in implementing technology, video production and technology leadership. He was recently the coordinator of IT projects for Fairfax County Public Schools and an award winning Director of Technology for Fauquier County Public schools. He brings over 20 years of experience building web sites for eCommerce and is a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia.
He is joined by his wife Meryem who is also an award winning videographer and has been designing websites since 1997. She is also a highly effective professional mediator involved in many successful negotiations. She is the operations director and graphic design architect at Smart Tech.
The rest of the family are key ” millennial consultants” adding a fresh perspective to our business.
We partnered with Fathom Realty, a national firm with a local office in Warrenton, Virginia to be our brokerage firm . Together we share the same philosophy of Client First with low cost high quality services.
