Comments: I had a great experience using Charlie as my realtor to sell my home. He walked me through the process very thoroughly and was always available when I had questions. He was very knowledgeable of the real estate market and the trends for my area. He regularly went out of his way to make sure the process was smooth and I was aware of everything going on. He used a 3D tour of my home instead of just normal pictures. This was a nice feature that gave the viewer a sense of how the house was laid out before seeing it in person. As the listing agent he sells homes for only 1% commission; you can’t beat that. I highly recommend Charlie if you want a smooth and stress free real estate sales or purchase experience.
