In your MLS Listing agreement you decide the commission to offer the Buyer’s Agent. Smart Tech will list your home in the MLS if you are offering the Buyer’s agent a 2%, 2 1/2% or 3% Commission.  The higher the percentage the higher the incentive for a buyer agent to show your home.   In real estate terms the Buyer’s agent fee is referred to as the “Co-op” fee… only paid when your home Sells at Closing.   This will have to be paid only if you sell to a buyer represented by an agent.

The Listing fee is 1% for all properties listed over $1,000,000 and 1.5%  for all homes below.  This saves you a ton of money from the traditional 3%.  You will also receive the 3D tour and photography included.
