I had a great experience using Charlie as my realtor to sell my home. He walked me through the process very thoroughly and was always available when I had questions. He was very knowledgeable of the real estate market and the trends for my area. He regularly went out of his way to make sure the process was smooth and I was aware of everything going on. He used a 3D tour of my home instead of just normal pictures. This was a nice feature that gave the viewer a sense of how the house was laid out before seeing it in person. As the listing agent he sells homes for only 1% commission; you can’t beat that. I highly recommend Charlie if you want a smooth and stress free real estate sales or purchase experience.

Charlie provided all the services you would expect from your real estate agent, and more. While most other agents will over-promise and under-deliver for a 3% commission, Charlie consistently over-delivered for a 1% commission.. Where other agents fall short, Charlie provided a state of the art 3-D walk-through virtual tour and aerial drone photography in addition to the high quality professional photographs of the home. He also provided a dedicated website link to the home listing. Charlie was always available and highly responsive to answer our questions and concerns. whether by text, email or phone call. All of this translated into an efficient and successful conclusion to selling our home! The savings we were able to achieve on commissions more than paid for our move across the country. We highly recommend Charlie as your agent!

Charlie worked with us through-out our home buying process – from inception to closing. He provided impeccable service by promptly replying to all of our requests and communications while being available to meet, talk on the phone, and visit homes – all on our schedule. And, all of this occurred during the prime and peak uncertain times of the initial COVID outbreak (Feb – Jun). Charlie was extremely professional, courteous and worked strategically with the other agent to help us meet OUR terms for our DREAM HOME! He also went out of his way to research trends and issues to provide us up-to-date information of the real estate market, as it was the initial stages of COVID, and it was an extremely uncertain and unprecedented time in home-buying.
